Keep the presentation editable
Start from the original PowerPoint file when translating a training deck, company presentation or project update. A PPTX retains editable text and slide objects; a PDF export or screenshot cannot offer the same starting structure.
The service changes supported text within slide bodies, tables and speaker notes. It preserves the presentation's shapes, positions and theme settings. This means you can continue editing the translated deck rather than rebuilding it from copied text.
Prepare slides for translation
- Use the PPTX format. Save an older PPT presentation as PPTX before uploading.
- Check whether important wording sits inside SmartArt, embedded charts or pictures. Those elements are not translated as ordinary slide text.
- Leave enough room in text boxes for another language. Dense slides often need a layout review after translation.
- Read speaker notes before upload and remove anything that should not be shared. The notes are included in the translation.
- Keep the file within 20 MB and 20,000 supported words. The quote shows the word count before payment.
Review the deck in presentation mode
Inspect every slide at presentation size, including tables, titles, bullet lists and any diagrams you edited separately. Longer wording may wrap differently in a fixed text box. Check the translated notes against the content you intend to say aloud.
The formatting guarantee covers material damage caused by our processing under the published terms. It is not a promise that AI wording needs no review. For a public presentation, have someone familiar with the target language and subject check the final deck.
See the price before you pay.
Pay as you go is £8 per 1,000 words, with a £5 minimum. Documents up to 200 words are free within the allowance of two free jobs per day. Above 200 words, the whole document is priced. Monthly plans are optional.
Before you translate
Are speaker notes translated?
Yes. Supported text in speaker notes is translated along with slide text and tables.
Are SmartArt and chart labels included?
No. Text inside SmartArt and embedded charts is outside this translation path. Convert the necessary wording to editable text boxes or review those elements separately.
What will I receive?
An editable PPTX, ready for you to download and review in PowerPoint. File access expires after 30 days, so keep your own copy.
Choose the right level of review.
This platform provides AI translation for everyday business documents. Human review and certification are not included. Check the result before using it, and arrange specialist review when the consequences of an error are significant.
