Estimate assumes equally sized documents, used in order in one billing month, with no existing or rollover credits. Exclude free documents of up to 200 words and video. A document partly covered by credits has no minimum excess charge; once credits run out, the £5 pay-as-you-go minimum applies. Actual totals depend on individual file sizes.

What happens above 200 words?
The free allowance is for whole documents of up to 200 words, limited to two free jobs per day. Above that threshold, the entire document is priced. For example, 300 words costs the £5 minimum, 1,000 words costs £8, and 1,500 words costs £12 on pay as you go.
Which files use word-based pricing?
Supported document formats include DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, PDF, TXT and SRT. Scans and photos are priced using the text read from the pages. File size and word limits still apply even when you have unused plan words.
Does video use the same pricing?
No. Video subtitles cost £3 per minute with a £10 minimum; dubbing costs £7 per minute with a £20 minimum. Running time rounds up to whole minutes. Video does not use monthly document words or the free-document allowance.
Is human review included?
These prices are for AI translation. Human language review, certification and specialist translation are not included. Read the service scope and guarantee before ordering.
