This platform uses AI. Human expert review and certification are not included. For specialist clinical translation or content that needs professional review, speak to the Corporate Translate team.
Which files can I upload?
Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX), PowerPoint (PPTX), PDF, text and SRT subtitles, up to 20 MB. Office documents support up to 20,000 words per job; PDF supports up to 10,000. Scans and photos support up to 20 pages and return as a rebuilt document. Video has its own limits and pricing.
What happens to my documents?
Files are held in private storage. Access expires 30 days after upload, so keep a local copy of the result. AI providers process your content to deliver the translation. Our privacy policy explains storage, processing and deletion requests.
What does the formatting guarantee cover?
If formatting breaks in a supported Word, Excel or PowerPoint file, contact support with the original and translated files to request a refund under our terms. Text-based PDFs have a separate layout-faithful guarantee. Scans and photos are outside the formatting guarantee. Translated text can be longer, so review the finished document before using it.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Explore the downloadable examples without an account. You can also translate your own document of up to 200 words for free, subject to the limit of two free jobs per day. Above 200 words, the whole document is billed, with a £5 minimum for pay-as-you-go.
How do monthly plans work?
Plans include document words each month. Unused words roll over for one extra month. A job first uses available credits, with any balance shown before payment. Once credits run out, pay-as-you-go pricing applies. Video does not use plan words. Cancel future renewals from your account.
